Arjan Bajwa who is known for his roles in films like Guru, Fashion, Crook and Son Of Sardaar is all set to make his Punjabi debut Baljit Singh Deo’s next project tentatively titled ‘Himmat Singh.
Baljit Singh Deo is one of the finest filmmakers in Punjabi Cinema, having made films like Jag Jeondeyan De Mele and 2012 Mirza – The Untold Story. Both of those films were well made films from the technological point of view but Mirza lacked a good story. Things apart, both those films were Big Hits in Punjabi Cinema. This time around, he is all set to team up with Canada based screenwriter Anugrah Bohrey, who has previously written the screenplay for the “yet to be released” Jazzy B and Gippy Grewal starrer “Best Of Luck”.
The shooting of the film is starting today in Ludhiana, Punjab. “Himmat Singh” also stars Kajal Jain (Yaar Annmulle fame).
