Director Harman Aggarwal’s short film Fees will be premiering at Punjabi International Film Festival, Toronto this May. Based on the ordeal of a girl, the film comes with a social message.
The movie is expected to showcase at several film festivals worlwide. The director has envisioned a mobile release for the film. Speaking to Punjabi Mania, Harman said his target was the mobile audience. The duration of the movie was kept under 8 minutes tentatively, so that the mobile audience can easily share it on whatsapp and other messengers.
