Amrinder Gill’s next to be biggest Punjabi release in Australia and New Zealand: The upcoming Punjabi movie has achieved a milestone ahead of its release.
Upcoming Punjabi movie titled ‘Chal Mera Putt 2‘ is all set to become the biggest release for a Punjabi movie in Australia and New Zealand.
A sequel to the 2019-blockbuster ‘Chal Mera Putt‘, the second part will hit the silver screens on March 13 across the globe.
It is worth mentioning that the first part released around nine months ago had done exceptionally well in the overseas markets. With the script based on the hardships faced by immigrants from Punjab, Chal Mera Putt was accepted wholeheartedly by one and all outside of India.
It wouldn’t be wrong to say that a stellar overseas response to the first part has further raised the bar with respect to Chal Mera Putt 2 getting these many cinemas and shows in Australia and New Zealand.

The development was made public after actor, singer and co-producer Amrinder Gill shared the cinema list of both the countries across his social media handles.
The same also speaks highly about the speed with which Punjabi industry is progressing. Gill, whose first movie received 60-70 cinemas across the world a decade ago, will see his imminent movie receiving the same amount of cinemas in Australia alone.
Apart from Gill, Simi Chahal, Gurshabad, Hardeep Gill, Iftikhar Thakur, Nasir Chinyoti and Akram Udas, Chal Mera Putt 2 will witness four new additions playing pivotal roles in the second part.
