'Sikander 2' to release on June 7, 2019

‘Sikander 2’ to release on June 7, 2019: The release date of upcoming Punjabi movie ‘Sikander 2’ has been confirmed.

‘Sikander‘, directed by Jatinder Mauhar, was released half a decade ago in 2013. Based on the serpentine topic of student politics, the movie was received well by the audiences in both Punjab and overseas.

To the likes of all those people who had liked the movie, here is a relishing announcement regarding the sequel of the movie. In ‘Sikander 2’, the second part of the movie will release on June 7, 2019.

Dissimilar to what generally is the trend, there have been major changes in the second part. The biggest of them all is the being on board of a new director in Manav Shah, whose directorial debut in ‘Laatu’ will release next month.

Kartar Cheema, who had played the lead role of Sikander in the first part, will be seen this time round as well. The movie will mark the acting debut of Punjabi singer Guri. Apart from these two names, no other actors have been confirmed as of now.

Whether Gul Panag, who had played the role of Beant Kaur in Sikander, will be seen in the sequel or not, only time will tell.
