Mohali: Back To Source (BTS), a restaurant conceptualised on the farm-to-table format, has unveiled a specially curated Summer Menu featuring seasonal ingredients, refreshing coolers, fermented beverages, wholesome salads, and indulgent desserts at its outlet in Sector 66, Mohali.

The new menu celebrates fresh, locally sourced produce and focuses on nutrition, flavour, and gut-friendly dining. Highlights include the Probiotic Power Salad, Mango and Bell Pepper Salad, Nachos with Fermented Salsa, Butter Garlic Chicken with Pita, Lahori Channa Chicken, and the signature Avocado Biryani, which is also available in a vegan version with tofu.

For dessert lovers, the restaurant has introduced Kulfi Faluda and Mango Cheesecake made with organic Ratnagiri Alphonso mangoes. The beverage selection features summer coolers and fermented drinks such as Gond Katira Almond Cooler, Pineapple Tepache, Mango Chia Twist, and Jowar Badam Milk.

Speaking about the launch, Abhishek Karan, Corporate Chef, Back To Source, said, “Our Summer Menu has been designed to bring together seasonal flavours, nourishing ingredients and innovative preparations that are both delicious and wholesome.”

“From probiotic-rich salads and naturally fermented beverages to mango-inspired desserts, every dish reflects our philosophy of mindful, ingredient-driven dining while offering guests a refreshing culinary experience during the summer months,” added Karan.

The Summer Menu is available throughout the day at Back To Source, First Floor, Jubilee Junction, SCO 1-2, Sector 66, Mohali.
