Punjabi superstar Diljit Dosanjh has officially announced that he will be touring Australia and New Zealand later this year. The singer-actor announced in response to a fan’s request for a concert, stating, “Australia & New Zealand, this year in October.”

The exchange took place on social media, where a fan named Raunaq Sachdeva reacted to Diljit’s earlier message about being busy with the shoot of his upcoming film Sardaar Ji, set to release in June. “The film is going to hit theatres in June. I have a lot of work right now. So, neither can I release a new single track, nor can I do an Instagram Live. Sorry,” Diljit had explained.

To this, Sachdeva urged, “Then you must announce a concert after the shoot.” Diljit replied with the much-awaited update about his upcoming tour.

While further details about cities and ticketing are yet to be revealed, fans in Australia and New Zealand can now look forward to seeing Diljit live in action this October.
