Diljit Dosanjh's first look: The superstar has cut his beard significantly for an iconic upcoming movie.

Coming on the back of the very recent success of Ali Abbas Zafar's 'Jogi', superstar Diljit Dosanjh looks in readiness of continuing to experiment with his look in the official biopic on the life of legendary singer Amar Singh Chamkila.

Although an official announcement is awaited, director Imitiaz Ali seems to be working incredibly hard on bringing this long-awaited project on Chamika to light.

Ali, who is quite fond of Punjab, had remained hopeful of the movie seeing the day during one of his latest visits to the state. Considering how the man has been involved with the project for years now, one really wishes for the movie to be made in the best possible manner.

Untitled for now, Chamkila biopic also appears to have finalized its leading lady in singer-actor Nisha Bano. The same was hinted after Bano uploaded photos alongside Ali, Dosanjh and legendary music director AR Rahman on her social media platform a few days ago.

Dosanjh, who had appeared on-screen without a turban for the first time in Jogi, has trimmed his beard significantly for this movie.

While there's no end to excitement around a movie finally being made on Chamkila in Bollywood, Dosanjh's completely changed first look has further upped the ante as far as excitement is concerned.
