Muklawa Preview: Punjabi Mania present before you full preview of imminent Punjabi movie titled 'Muklawa'. Directed by Simerjit Singh.

The biggest clash of this year in the Punjabi film industry lies in front of us. Right from the time of the news being made public to this day, fans of the Punjabi film industry were keenly awaiting for a rare intensely competitive Friday.

The first movie set to release on this Friday (May 24) is Simerjit Singh's 'Muklawa'. The trailer of the movie was released on the official YouTube channel of White Hill Music. At the time of writing this article, it has received over a mammoth 7.5 million views on the same platform.

Muklawa will mark the third time coming together of Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa on the silver screen. Co-incidentally, the duo have done all their movie under the watchful eyes of Simerjit Singh.

Other than Virk and Bajwa, the movie stars Gurpreet Ghuggi, BN Sharma, Karamjit Anmol, Sarbjit Cheema, Drishtii Garewal, Nirmal Rishi and others.

Muklawa Preview

Muklawa will highlight the age-old custom of not sending the bride to the groom's house despite them getting married. In the movie, Virk wanting to meet her wife will be seen becoming a bone of contention for people around him.

While Virk's continuous attempts of doing the same will put him and his marriage in danger, how he will make things happen will be intriguing to watch. The fact that the youth are predominantly unaware about the custom should force them to rush to the cinema halls on May 24.

Muklawa has been produced by Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu under the banner of White Hill Studios and Grey Slate Pictures. Among the Hindi movies releasing on the same day, Muklawa will receive stiff competition from Raj Kumar Gupta's 'India's Most Wanted' and Omung Kumar's 'PM Narendra Modi'.

Other than the Hindi movies, Muklawa will get involved in cut-throat competition with Karan R. Guliani's 'Chandigarh Amritsar Chandigarh'. What is bolstering for both Muklawa (115 minutes) and Chandigarh Amritsar Chandigarh (107 minutes) is the fact that both of them are receiving extra shows primarily because of their shortened run-time.

If you are planning to watch the movie in cinema halls on this Friday or the subsequent days, don't forget to share your views regarding the same in our comments section. Watch the trailer below:
