Punjabi Movie Munde Patiale De opened to dull houses on day one. Featuring Gaurav Kakkar the movie didn't attract a mass audience.

The first day saw a lukewarm response, as very little audience actually turned out for the movie. The occupancy rates of the movie were even less than 10% in major multiplexes.
