In Punjab, whether the film is of Bollywood or Pollywood, issues related to caste never gets hidden. A new controversy has arisen in Punjab over Neeru Bajwa's film Buhe Baariyan, released on September 15. There is a continuous controversy about the Punjabi film Boohe Baariyan. In fact, the Valmiki community raised objections regarding some words of the new Punjabi film. In which they say that an attempt has been made to show the Valmiki community in the film. However, later the actors associated with the film also apologized for this. Meanwhile, Neeru Bajwa, the actress of the movie Buhe Bariyan, appeared in the Amritsar court today. Meanwhile, film writer Jagdeep Waring was also with him.

Actress Neeru Bajwa and the writer of the film Jagdeep Waring said that they have apologized to the court and not only this they even said that they have also apologized on social media. Writer added that he also apologized by going to the Ram Tirtha temple. Jagdeep Waring said that some people objected to the words used in the film.  And according to him, he did not want to hurt anyone's heart or sentiments.

According to the information, the argument of those who opposed the film was that the roles of upper caste and lower caste were shown in the film, that the lower caste people are people who pick up cow waste and they can never contest the election of Sarpanchi. Along with this, he said that Phoolan Devi has also been wrongly shown in this film, while the actors of the film should have known the history of Phoolan Devi. Additionally, the leaders say that when our children watch such films, it will have a bad effect on them too.

Meanwhile, it has also been noticed that the cast of the film apologized by sharing posts on their social media handles. However, in the midst of all this, Neeru also reached the Amritsar court today. Meanwhile, both the writer and the actress apologized to the court for this.
