Sonam Bajwa-Ninja playing lead role: White Hill Studios have signed a fresh couple for their upcoming Punjabi movie.
Coming on the back of a super-hit ‘Guddiyan Patole‘, actress Sonam Bajwa is currently shooting for her next movie alongside singer-turned-actor Ninja. The movie is being shot near Mohali in Punjab.
Other than the renowned duo, the movie will also star Mehreen Pirzada, who is going to make her debut in the Punjabi film industry in ‘DSP Dev‘. Punjabi Mania understands that apart from the trio, the movie stars BN Sharma, Upasana Singh, Inder Pal and Sudesh Lahiri.
The untitled movie is being produced by Gunbir Singh Sidhu and Manmord Sidhu under the banner of White Hill Studios. Manav Shah, who made his directorial debut in ‘Laatu‘ last year, has been roped in to direct the movie.
While the script of the movie has been written by Dheeraj Rattan, its dialogues have been penned down by Rakesh Dhawan.
It is worth mentioning that Ninja had made his acting debut under White Hill Studios’ ‘Channa Mereya‘ (2017). The singer was recently seen in Pankaj Batra’s ‘High End Yaariyan‘. If the movie releases this year, it will become Sonam Bajwa’s fifth release of 2019.
