Surkhi Bindi's shoot starts in Chandigarh: The shooting of an intriguing upcoming project has commenced in Chandigarh today.

The shooting of upcoming Punjabi movie titled 'Surkhi Bindi' has commenced in Chandigarh today. The movie has walked an interesting path right from its announcement. From a change in its lead actress, release date to the production house, the movie's shoot finally saw the daylight today.

Surkhi Bindi will witness Sargun Mehta and Gurnam Bhullar play the lead roles opposite each other for the first time. While it is Mehta's fourth film of 2019, it is Bhullar's second in a year where he also made his acting debut. While there hasn't been much said about the other actors, photos from the shoot also confirm that the movie stars Nisha Bano.



 

The movie is being produced by Ankit Vijan, Navdeep Narula, Gurjit Singh and Santosh Thite under the banner of Shri Narotam Ji Films.

Jagdeep Sidhu, who made his directorial debut with 'Qismat' (also produced by Shri Narotam Ji Films) last year, is be directing the movie. Rupinder Inderjit has written the script of the movie.
